Sat Nam. On Thursday, August 26th, is Yogi Bhajan’s birthday. He was the Master of Kundalini Yoga and the Father of our Healthy, Happy, Holy way of life. He came to remind us that we can be the masters of our own destiny and for us to be teachers to those less fortunate. He said to us, “When the times become dark, be the lighthouse. Be the forklifts of those who need your help, lift them up so that they, themselves, can experience their own excellence.
Yogi Bhajan was also my personal teacher. I had the blessing of being in his physical presence and serving Him personally. People ask me what it was like to be with Him. I say, “Imagine experiencing your best Kundalini yoga class…… we all know what that’s like, walking out of class feeling elevated, complete, transcendent…………that’s what it was like to be in His presence."
And the beauty of his legacy is he left us with Kundalini Yoga!
Please join me, and our local Kundalini Yoga teachers group, in the ambrosial hours of Thursday morning, to chant the Morning Call for 2 and ½ hours. It’s an experience beyond belief! If you’re not familiar with the chant (Long Ek Ong Kar) – no worries – we’ll have Mantra sheets there for you. If you are not able to make the whole time, join us when you can. The doors will be open all morning!
Following our morning Sadhana, we’ll be celebrating with a potluck breakfast. So come bearing a delicious vegetarian dish to share with everybody and offer your dish as your wish in His remembrance!

A 3 part Series on consecutive Wednesdays
The ancient Yogis discovered breath and sound to be our Greatest Teachers.
Join me for a 3 class series where we will explore the origins of meditation, what meditation is, and how meditation works! Using both sound and breath, we’ll incorporate these ancient techniques to see how they can improve our everyday lives!
This will be an experiential course with homework assignments.
There is nothing as elemental, effective, and universal as Breath and Mantra to program the consciousness to be in alignment with the soul.
